This is the first session in your healing process. During this session we will go over a comprehensive assessment where I will gather information and you and your background to best get to know you and assist with setting up goals that you would like to work on..
These sessions happen after the intake session. During the follow up sessions we will continue to discuss the goals that you wanted to work on during therapy as well as anything else that you would like to explore.
Anxiety, depression, and fear are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at any time in our lives. Many of us will experience these emotions and through counseling we can start to take a look at some of the causes of these problems in your life and help you start to gain perspective and knowledge to help you start to feel better once again.
Every one of us has a different amount of stress that we each struggle with on a daily basis, but what happens when that stress feels like it is just too much? Together we can work to find out what changes may need to be made to help learn to reduce stress and cope with living a healthier life style.
Loss, this is something that can come in many different forms, from losing a loved one, a relationship or a career, there are many different types of losses that can occur in our lives. Together we can work with trying to help you gain a new perspective to assist with helping you stand back on your feet.
Shame and guilt can come in many different forms in our lives, from standing up for ourselves to a major life changes, these can all cause us to experiences these emotions.
