Do you take insurance?
Yes, I do accept insurance. Currently, I use a company called Alma to handle insurance, please click the link below for an extensive list of insurance accepted.

Will what we talk about remain confidential?
The topics that you and I discuss during the counseling session will remain confidential with the exception if there is a risk of self-harm, threat to harm someone else, or valid court order.
What if I miss my appointment?
Please try to cancel with at least 24-hour notice. Without canceling you may be charged a 75.00 fee. I understand that life happens.
How long will I be in therapy?
It really depends on your needs. Some people are in therapy for a couple of sessions, while some are in for months or weeks. Each individual has different needs and goals they want to accomplish
What can we talk about?
We can talk about anything you would like to talk about. I try to be as empathetic as possible to help you feel more comfortable to share so together we can help you reach your goals.
